A little about Elon and Khan
Born in nineteen seventy one Elon Musk has recently just obtained the title of the World's richest man, one hundred and seventy two billion dollars. He first hit as an engineering mastermind as being the co-founder of paypal. Years later he co-founded Tesla Motors and is the CEO and CTO co-founder of Space-x.
Salman Khan was born in 1976 and has founded the world's biggest world class free educational system. Before his fame Salman obtained degrees from MIT and a MBA from Harvard. Trying to help educate his family by posting videos for them on Youtube he accidentally created Khan Academy. Khan Academy teaches a variety of subjects that include Math, Science, history, Economics, and computing.
What Happened?
On January 22, 2021, Elon Musk donated five million dollars to Khan Academy. As many know Covid-19 has closed and shut down many schools; this is proving to be difficult for teachers, students, and parents to help their kids learn; because of these circumstances he made this generous donation.
Salman Khan’s response
In a video response Salman has informed the people “This is going to allow us to accelerate all sorts of content. Our aspirations are all subjects -- from kids to early stages of college. This will accelerate our science content, allow us to do more early learning, allow us to make the software and the practice that much more engaging.”
